Sahil Lone: A Pulwama youth who pens down urdu book to help civil service aspirants | KNO

Srinagar, Aug 11 (KNO): A youth from South Kashmir's Pulwama district has written a book in urdu language to help and guide civil service aspirants. Sahil Ahmad Lone, 21, a resident of Barpora village which is just two kilometers from Pulwama town who is pursuing BA honours in English language from cluster university has been writing articles since 2016 which are being published in leading newspapers. Sahil while talking with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said that he started writing when he was class 10th student and since then he has written hundreds of articles which have been published in leading newspapers of J&K. He said that he found that there is very little material available in the market for civil service aspirants after which he decided to write book in urdu language which will help civil service aspirants. "Civil Service Rehuma" a 128 page book has covered all aspects including how beginners can start preparation, what is role of NCERT books, what should be the standard of the material, what should strategy for paper, prelimis and interview and what is the need of coaching," he said. Sahil said that he has added some real motivational stories of few youth who have cracked civil service exam despite facing lot of problems. "Besides that at last all questions which can be in mind of an aspirants have been answered in last pages of book," Sahil said. "I believe that youth must work hard and reach to a level where he can contribute towards society in a much better way," he said. Sahil said that drug menace and other social evils can be eradicated once youth will be holding powerful positions and then work for the betterment of the society. "We must also give special attention to preserve our language and culture," he said—(KNO)
